Training Consultant
Description:

accurate and insightful service to each and every customer.
We are currently searching for a training consultant. This position involves traveling to customer sites to conduct instructor led, participant centered training sessions to our new textbook accountability software customers. These four and a half hour to six and a half hour training sessions cover all “need to know” topics for using our TIPWeb application at both the campus and district level. At least two years experience conducting participant centered hands on computer software training is required. Previous experience in the public K12 education system is a plus but not required. Applicant must be US citizen or permanent resident. Hayes Software Systems is an equal opportunity employer.
This contracted consultant position tends to be cyclical in nature with the majority of the work occurring in May, July, August and September.
Required Skills and Abilities:
- Ability to facilitate a participant centered hands on training session to a group of adults
- Possess the ability to engage participants in the learning
- Requires a quick learner who is self motivated
- Be able to adapt to changes quickly
- A strong desire to share knowledge with others
- High School diploma
- Two years experience in training/teaching
- Experience in the public education K12 field a plus
