Customer Support
Our support team offers customers a level of product knowledge and actual textbook management experience that is unmatched by all of our competitors.   

Our customer support team are experts in all our products and the real world use of them. With prior backgrounds as district textbook coordinators, assistant principals, campus textbook managers, district warehouse managers and even teachers, Hayes staff members have used these same products to be successful in their past jobs.

They apply their first-hand knowledge of the elementary, secondary and post secondary school environment to help you be successful. They listen to what you want to achieve and show you how the flexibility of the program will meet your specific needs.  

Training
Our trainers incorporate real-life examples into product training classes. This helps gives users the opportunity to apply the functionality of the program to the real situations they face as program facilitators.  Trainers also share countless examples of ways other customers use our programs successfully. District and campus users come away from training with the skills necessary to effectively utilize and manage their textbook inventory with our products.

Hayes Software Systems realizes that each customer has unique training needs.  Because of this, training is offered either on-site at your district or off-site at a designated training facility.  Our training consultants also offer a "Train the Trainer" option where a district’s training staff participates in in-depth instruction that will provide them with the skills necessary to support their staff in the successful use of the program. 

Technical Support
Hayes Software Systems maintains an experienced team ready to answer any questions you have about our products. All software products include one year of unlimited toll-free phone assistance, email and fax support, easy web access to software updates, and access to the TIPWeb Community Forum for TIPWeb software users.

Project Management
Our dedicated support team ensures that you receive a high-quality program that delivers the intended benefits. They will make certain you will always know the status of your project as well as the important deadlines and data requirement needs.

Implementation Services
Hayes Software Systems considers implementation critical to the successful use of TIPWeb at your district and brings extensive experience to the task. Throughout the process, dedicated implementation specialists work closely with you to identify and deliver the services required for a successful product launch.

Data Conversion
Our support services team works with you to convert existing textbook inventory data, from another system or platform, so you can start utilizing your new textbook management software as soon as it is installed.

Installation
Hayes Software System’s technical liaison performs all installation services of the TIPWeb product and manages procedural requirements prior to installation.  Installation of the textbook management application requires minimal assistance from District technical staff.
